歷史沿革	石板古道建於清代，是大溪九大古道之一，因整條古道以石板舖成得名，為昔日往來大漢溪碼頭與大溪老街的主要通道，因此又名「碼頭古道」。河運興盛時期，大漢溪岸桅檣林立，碼頭上的挑夫呼朋引伴趕忙搬運貨物，在古道上不斷穿梭往返。大正 13 年（1924 年）起桃園大圳引大漢溪上游溪水灌溉，使大漢溪流量大減，而臺北桃園間縱貫公路完工促使陸路運輸興起，大溪做為貨物集散轉運的功能大減，古道從此漸漸沒落。石板古道攀越近 30 公尺高的河階斷崖，自大漢溪河畔起以「之」字形曲折蜿蜒而上，沿途經過大慶洞口、普濟堂、黃氏家廟等地，曲折的道路各段寬窄不一，寬者可達2.1 公尺，窄者僅 1.5 公尺，大部分為階梯，少部分則為斜坡。路面石材以大漢溪的溪底石鋪設而成，寬 15~20 公分不等，高 5~10 公分之間，深 30~60 公分，行走時極為容易，對於昔日搬運貨物上古道的挑夫而言，可以較輕鬆的步伐行進，減輕負擔。

歷史沿革: 石板古道建於清代，是大溪九大古道之一，因整條古道以石板舖成得名，為昔日往來大漢溪碼頭與大溪老街的主要通道，因此又名「碼頭古道」。河運興盛時期，大漢溪岸桅檣林立，碼頭上的挑夫呼朋引伴趕忙搬運貨物，在古道上不斷穿梭往返。大正 13 年（1924 年）起桃園大圳引大漢溪上游溪水灌溉，使大漢溪流量大減，而臺北桃園間縱貫公路完工促使陸路運輸興起，大溪做為貨物集散轉運的功能大減，古道從此漸漸沒落。石板古道攀越近 30 公尺高的河階斷崖，自大漢溪河畔起以「之」字形曲折蜿蜒而上，沿途經過大慶洞口、普濟堂、黃氏家廟等地，曲折的道路各段寬窄不一，寬者可達2.1 公尺，窄者僅 1.5 公尺，大部分為階梯，少部分則為斜坡。路面石材以大漢溪的溪底石鋪設而成，寬 15~20 公分不等，高 5~10 公分之間，深 30~60 公分，行走時極為容易，對於昔日搬運貨物上古道的挑夫而言，可以較輕鬆的步伐行進，減輕負擔。

歷史沿革	「筱雲山莊」呂家渡臺祖 12 世呂祥省於清乾隆 36 年（1771）自福建省漳州府詔安縣秀篆渡海來臺，為客籍人士，初居潭子瓦磘（今中市潭子區福仁里），後遷至朴仔籬庄（今中市豐原區朴子里）；約乾隆 55 年（1790）始入墾定居於三角仔（今中市神岡區三角里）。道光年間，14 世的呂世芳因「善居積」，數年後即「家業大昌，而呂氏遂以富盛聞」，成為地方領導士紳，其新建宅第則為今臺中市直轄市定古蹟「神岡呂家頂瓦厝」。同治 5 年（1866），世芳長子呂炳南（15世）為侍奉母親與因應日漸增多的眷口而斥資興建「篤慶堂」，規模被譽為「樓臺花木，壯麗甲於東海」，且藏書多達兩萬餘卷。清末文人吳子光曾受邀在此任教，16 世呂汝玉、汝修兩兄弟亦為此於光緒 4 年（1878）整修舊宅，由吳子光命名為「筱雲軒」，成為清末中部地區文人薈萃與孕育之地。光緒 14 年（1888）呂汝修中式舉人，為呂家留下一塊「文魁」匾。乙未改隸（1896）後，呂家在日治時期經呂汝玉等人努力下，不僅保存家業，並擔任官派或地方民選領袖，兼具政經實力，仍維持其地方領袖之地位。「筱雲山莊」之建造歷程據研究可分為四期，分別為創建期（1866-1877）、二期第二道護龍、筱雲軒、迎賓樓增建（1878-1895）、三期第三道護龍增建（1896-1926）與四期南北側洋式與和式建築（1927-1944）。

外觀特徵	筱雲山莊主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院，第一進門廳門額題為「篤慶堂」，中門兩旁牆上安置豐富的交趾陶裝飾，過了門廳篤慶堂進入中庭，地上的紅磚呈現特殊排列，從中央核心向四角發散，形成四角形及八角形的圖案。在前面大院鑿有一座半月池，有防火及調節氣候之作用。在篤慶堂東側的筱雲軒是一座兩開間的藏書室，上覆單簷歇山屋頂，三面設步口廊，外貌極為簡樸，在筱雲軒的東南邊建有園林，為當時文人飲酒詠詩之所。另在水圳南岸的近代日治建築所附庭園，則另有一番意境，設計風格融合中國式與些許日本風，設置五級陶塔也是蘇州園林及日本庭園常見作法。筱雲山莊同時擁有兩座風格不同的園林，在臺灣建築史上誠為特例，彌足珍貴。
室內特徵	筱雲山莊規模宏整，細部的雕飾與彩繪亦頗為可觀，尤其是交趾陶作品保存豐富，且有名匠藝師署名落款。木雕及磚雕也是筱雲山莊的特色，木雕集中在棟架上的東隨、員光以及樑下的托木。而磚雕除了技巧之外，也常以青磚與紅磚交相疊砌，形成凹凸線腳，頗具美觀。筱雲山莊的門樓、篤慶堂皆有磚雕作品，護室鳥踏也有磚雕葫蘆裝飾。
使用情形	原用途使用，為呂家族人之居住與日常生活之場所。

歷史沿革: 「筱雲山莊」呂家渡臺祖 12 世呂祥省於清乾隆 36 年（1771）自福建省漳州府詔安縣秀篆渡海來臺，為客籍人士，初居潭子瓦磘（今中市潭子區福仁里），後遷至朴仔籬庄（今中市豐原區朴子里）；約乾隆 55 年（1790）始入墾定居於三角仔（今中市神岡區三角里）。道光年間，14 世的呂世芳因「善居積」，數年後即「家業大昌，而呂氏遂以富盛聞」，成為地方領導士紳，其新建宅第則為今臺中市直轄市定古蹟「神岡呂家頂瓦厝」。同治 5 年（1866），世芳長子呂炳南（15世）為侍奉母親與因應日漸增多的眷口而斥資興建「篤慶堂」，規模被譽為「樓臺花木，壯麗甲於東海」，且藏書多達兩萬餘卷。清末文人吳子光曾受邀在此任教，16 世呂汝玉、汝修兩兄弟亦為此於光緒 4 年（1878）整修舊宅，由吳子光命名為「筱雲軒」，成為清末中部地區文人薈萃與孕育之地。光緒 14 年（1888）呂汝修中式舉人，為呂家留下一塊「文魁」匾。乙未改隸（1896）後，呂家在日治時期經呂汝玉等人努力下，不僅保存家業，並擔任官派或地方民選領袖，兼具政經實力，仍維持其地方領袖之地位。「筱雲山莊」之建造歷程據研究可分為四期，分別為創建期（1866-1877）、二期第二道護龍、筱雲軒、迎賓樓增建（1878-1895）、三期第三道護龍增建（1896-1926）與四期南北側洋式與和式建築（1927-1944）。

外觀特徵: 筱雲山莊主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院，第一進門廳門額題為「篤慶堂」，中門兩旁牆上安置豐富的交趾陶裝飾，過了門廳篤慶堂進入中庭，地上的紅磚呈現特殊排列，從中央核心向四角發散，形成四角形及八角形的圖案。在前面大院鑿有一座半月池，有防火及調節氣候之作用。在篤慶堂東側的筱雲軒是一座兩開間的藏書室，上覆單簷歇山屋頂，三面設步口廊，外貌極為簡樸，在筱雲軒的東南邊建有園林，為當時文人飲酒詠詩之所。另在水圳南岸的近代日治建築所附庭園，則另有一番意境，設計風格融合中國式與些許日本風，設置五級陶塔也是蘇州園林及日本庭園常見作法。筱雲山莊同時擁有兩座風格不同的園林，在臺灣建築史上誠為特例，彌足珍貴。

室內特徵: 筱雲山莊規模宏整，細部的雕飾與彩繪亦頗為可觀，尤其是交趾陶作品保存豐富，且有名匠藝師署名落款。木雕及磚雕也是筱雲山莊的特色，木雕集中在棟架上的東隨、員光以及樑下的托木。而磚雕除了技巧之外，也常以青磚與紅磚交相疊砌，形成凹凸線腳，頗具美觀。筱雲山莊的門樓、篤慶堂皆有磚雕作品，護室鳥踏也有磚雕葫蘆裝飾。

使用情形: 原用途使用，為呂家族人之居住與日常生活之場所。

description: : 臺中市市定古蹟「筱雲山莊」，為仕紳呂炳南於清同治 5 年（1866）創建。民國 88 年（1999）5 月 17 日，經臺中縣政府公告指定為縣定古蹟，今則為臺中市直轄市定古蹟。本案位於臺中市神岡區三角里大豐路 104、106、108、110、112、114 及 116號，主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院。此前筱雲山莊已進行兩期之修復工程，本次則再針對迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉以及整體環境整理與改善等進行修復，以及景觀改善之整體規劃，以利未來開放參觀與使用。本影片主要呈現施工內容以迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉進行壁體(土埆磚牆、編竹夾泥牆、灰泥牆、白灰壁粉刷、黑砂粉刷施作)、木作(木棟架整修、椽條鋪設)、屋面(養瓦、和瓦、仰合瓦、水泥瓦鋪設)之修復過程。

歷史沿革	乾隆51年(1786)10月，林爽文起兵於中部，南路夥首莊大田率兩千之眾響應，後來兩度攻入興隆莊舊城(今左營舊城)，鳳山縣城陷落。乾隆53年(1788)正月福康安奉命平定南路，鑑於舊城殘破不堪，乃將縣城遷移至下埤頭街(今鳳山區)，是為鳳山新城。鳳山新城初期僅環植刺竹，編棘為籬，頗為簡陋。嘉慶5年(1800)海盜蔡牽侵犯鹿耳門，官兵疲於奔命，汪降乘機在鳳山縣起事，後兵敗被捕。知縣吳兆麟鑑於民變威脅而強化防禦工事，乃於嘉慶9年(1804)督促兵、民，興建四方共六座的城門。嘉慶10年(1805)11月蔡牽的黨羽朱濆再度騷擾鳳山縣，土匪吳淮泗等賊眾響應攻城，吳兆麟被害，都司鍾璽力戰陣亡，下埤頭新城被賊眾屯踞八十餘日。幾次民變大大衝擊新城的合宜性，於是遷回舊城的意見浮上檯面，地方要員議論紛紛。道光4年(1824)10月間爆發許尚、楊良斌之亂，新城再度被亂民攻陷，至此，地方官員決議進行舊城的改築工程。道光5年(1825)知府方傳穟倡議以官民捐輸方式籌措修建舊城的經費，在方傳穟的努力下，舊城改築工程於道光5年(1825)7月15日動工，道光6年(1826)8月15日竣工。這是台灣第一座石造城池，然而鳳山知縣與紳民皆未遷回，依然滯留新城。道光17年(1837)正月，曹謹奉命擔任鳳山縣知縣，隨之展開大規模的水圳興築工程，是為曹公圳。隔年(1838)，曹謹在六座城門上增建城樓，復於四隅築建礮臺六座，並外濬環城濠塹再注入曹公圳圳水而成為護城河，使得新城的防禦能力大大提昇。在曹謹積極的建設下，新城更為堅固，民生社會也更為穩定。因此，縱然道光23年(1843)間福建巡撫程祖洛明令速速遷回舊城，官民依然延宕不遷。為了釐清其中問題，閩浙總督劉韻珂派人實地調查兩城的概況，舊城沒落蕭條，而新城受到紳民所喜愛。道光27年(1847)劉韻珂會同福建巡撫徐繼畬向道光皇帝上奏，擬議鳳山縣城定於下埤頭街新城，最後獲得皇帝的應允，雙城之爭終告結束。可見，新城已經是當時鳳山縣無法替代的政經中心。自此之後，僅咸豐4年(1854)參將曾元福修建土牆，使新城更為完善。日治初期鳳山新城仍是地方重鎮，不過位於西邊的打狗港日益受到重視，因此通往打狗地區的道路日益重要。明治36年(1903)，為了擴建鳳山街到苓雅寮道路而拆毀西門。明治40年(1907)間，南部鐵道系統從打狗向東延長至九曲堂，鳳山也設置停車場，隨之新道路的需求而局部拆毀北面的土牆和刺竹圍籬，總之，都市發展趨勢日益衝擊既有的縣城樣貌。昭和3年(1928)，地方政府以改善公共衛生為由，將清領時期縣城既有土牆和兩萬多株的刺竹加以剷除，並進行今日中山路和光遠路的取直工程。至此，清領時期鳳山新城僅餘留部分殘跡，包括：東便門(三民路底)、平成砲台(曹公路旁)、訓風砲台(中山路旁)、澄瀾砲台(立志街旁)等。而東便門門外的東福橋因民國90年(2001)潭美颱風來襲倒塌，目前二座橋墩已移至岸上保存。

外觀特徵	1.東便門及東福橋：東便門為單栱道之城門建築咾咕石結構物，表面被覆以水泥沙漿，並於城門內栱間嵌入鋼筋便梯以便登城頂。城門頂舖紅色地磚，四周外緣鋼筋露頭結以鐵線圍繞。而東福橋是目前全台僅存的清代橋樑之一，六角形的船形橋墩，橋面石板雖然尚存，然而已加舖混凝土與瀝青道路。 2.三砲台：三座砲台訓風、澄瀾、平成，整體構築皆以咾咕石組砌牆基，及代表該構造物之“門額” (包括東門、郡南第一關、迎恩等)。在特色上，訓風砲台為雙弧形制，係順著護城河及鳳山溪之地勢而建，面向東南；額題「訓風」是三砲台中門額唯一內向者，兩字題於清道光18年(1838)，左右以灰塑夔龍及書卷圖案裝飾，為台灣其它砲台所罕見。澄瀾砲台沿護城河而建，為八角形制，護城河、二翼弧牆及銃孔(內大外小)尚留存；平成砲台為長方形制，修復後設置數處射口，雖不見昔日之大砲，亦聊以想像當年風貌。

使用情形	目前三座砲台業已修護完成，整個砲台空間除古蹟本體可至砲台頂瞭望外，附屬砲台的空間，配合景觀整修為社區鄰里公園之形式，提供當地居民休憩之用。

現狀	今鳳山新城所存的遺蹟，只餘東便門，及其門外的四孔三墩東福橋，而曹謹於道光年間所建之六座砲臺，今僅存「訓風」、「平成」、「澄瀾」三座。

歷史沿革: 乾隆51年(1786)10月，林爽文起兵於中部，南路夥首莊大田率兩千之眾響應，後來兩度攻入興隆莊舊城(今左營舊城)，鳳山縣城陷落。乾隆53年(1788)正月福康安奉命平定南路，鑑於舊城殘破不堪，乃將縣城遷移至下埤頭街(今鳳山區)，是為鳳山新城。鳳山新城初期僅環植刺竹，編棘為籬，頗為簡陋。嘉慶5年(1800)海盜蔡牽侵犯鹿耳門，官兵疲於奔命，汪降乘機在鳳山縣起事，後兵敗被捕。知縣吳兆麟鑑於民變威脅而強化防禦工事，乃於嘉慶9年(1804)督促兵、民，興建四方共六座的城門。嘉慶10年(1805)11月蔡牽的黨羽朱濆再度騷擾鳳山縣，土匪吳淮泗等賊眾響應攻城，吳兆麟被害，都司鍾璽力戰陣亡，下埤頭新城被賊眾屯踞八十餘日。幾次民變大大衝擊新城的合宜性，於是遷回舊城的意見浮上檯面，地方要員議論紛紛。道光4年(1824)10月間爆發許尚、楊良斌之亂，新城再度被亂民攻陷，至此，地方官員決議進行舊城的改築工程。道光5年(1825)知府方傳穟倡議以官民捐輸方式籌措修建舊城的經費，在方傳穟的努力下，舊城改築工程於道光5年(1825)7月15日動工，道光6年(1826)8月15日竣工。這是台灣第一座石造城池，然而鳳山知縣與紳民皆未遷回，依然滯留新城。道光17年(1837)正月，曹謹奉命擔任鳳山縣知縣，隨之展開大規模的水圳興築工程，是為曹公圳。隔年(1838)，曹謹在六座城門上增建城樓，復於四隅築建礮臺六座，並外濬環城濠塹再注入曹公圳圳水而成為護城河，使得新城的防禦能力大大提昇。在曹謹積極的建設下，新城更為堅固，民生社會也更為穩定。因此，縱然道光23年(1843)間福建巡撫程祖洛明令速速遷回舊城，官民依然延宕不遷。為了釐清其中問題，閩浙總督劉韻珂派人實地調查兩城的概況，舊城沒落蕭條，而新城受到紳民所喜愛。道光27年(1847)劉韻珂會同福建巡撫徐繼畬向道光皇帝上奏，擬議鳳山縣城定於下埤頭街新城，最後獲得皇帝的應允，雙城之爭終告結束。可見，新城已經是當時鳳山縣無法替代的政經中心。自此之後，僅咸豐4年(1854)參將曾元福修建土牆，使新城更為完善。日治初期鳳山新城仍是地方重鎮，不過位於西邊的打狗港日益受到重視，因此通往打狗地區的道路日益重要。明治36年(1903)，為了擴建鳳山街到苓雅寮道路而拆毀西門。明治40年(1907)間，南部鐵道系統從打狗向東延長至九曲堂，鳳山也設置停車場，隨之新道路的需求而局部拆毀北面的土牆和刺竹圍籬，總之，都市發展趨勢日益衝擊既有的縣城樣貌。昭和3年(1928)，地方政府以改善公共衛生為由，將清領時期縣城既有土牆和兩萬多株的刺竹加以剷除，並進行今日中山路和光遠路的取直工程。至此，清領時期鳳山新城僅餘留部分殘跡，包括：東便門(三民路底)、平成砲台(曹公路旁)、訓風砲台(中山路旁)、澄瀾砲台(立志街旁)等。而東便門門外的東福橋因民國90年(2001)潭美颱風來襲倒塌，目前二座橋墩已移至岸上保存。

外觀特徵: 1.東便門及東福橋：東便門為單栱道之城門建築咾咕石結構物，表面被覆以水泥沙漿，並於城門內栱間嵌入鋼筋便梯以便登城頂。城門頂舖紅色地磚，四周外緣鋼筋露頭結以鐵線圍繞。而東福橋是目前全台僅存的清代橋樑之一，六角形的船形橋墩，橋面石板雖然尚存，然而已加舖混凝土與瀝青道路。 2.三砲台：三座砲台訓風、澄瀾、平成，整體構築皆以咾咕石組砌牆基，及代表該構造物之“門額” (包括東門、郡南第一關、迎恩等)。在特色上，訓風砲台為雙弧形制，係順著護城河及鳳山溪之地勢而建，面向東南；額題「訓風」是三砲台中門額唯一內向者，兩字題於清道光18年(1838)，左右以灰塑夔龍及書卷圖案裝飾，為台灣其它砲台所罕見。澄瀾砲台沿護城河而建，為八角形制，護城河、二翼弧牆及銃孔(內大外小)尚留存；平成砲台為長方形制，修復後設置數處射口，雖不見昔日之大砲，亦聊以想像當年風貌。

使用情形: 目前三座砲台業已修護完成，整個砲台空間除古蹟本體可至砲台頂瞭望外，附屬砲台的空間，配合景觀整修為社區鄰里公園之形式，提供當地居民休憩之用。

現狀: 今鳳山新城所存的遺蹟，只餘東便門，及其門外的四孔三墩東福橋，而曹謹於道光年間所建之六座砲臺，今僅存「訓風」、「平成」、「澄瀾」三座。

歷史沿革	日治末期，為了防禦盟軍的空襲，日本軍方在三重興建防砲陣地，其中的一個距離臺灣總督府的防砲陣地便在今日三重一村的位置。光復後，三重地區的日軍的軍事陣地由二○五師青年軍所接收。空軍三重一村位於新北市三重區正義南路與同安東街路口，是一空軍防砲部隊的眷村，於民國四十三（1954）年由蔣宋美齡女士協同中華民國婦女反共聯合會募款出資興建完成，至今已有50餘年的歷史。在臺北地區，多數眷村集中在臺北市及近郊地區，尤其鄰近的三重、永和、五股是第一波移民遷居的焦點，其中，三重除有部隊進駐外，還有大型軍眷居住區。民國九十六（2007）年，全村搬遷，並已於民國九十五（2006）年8月28日全區登錄為歷史建築。

指定登錄理由	（一）空軍三重一村為目前三重地區空軍防砲眷村較完整之個案，眷舍區分為甲、乙、丙及特級四種，由其大小反應出住戶之官階倫理，具眷村建築文化之特色。 ﹝二﹞眷村內有日治時期大型防空洞及防衛台北地區之高射砲或五零機槍之陣地遺址，足見其在日治時期之重要戰略地位，可以見證二次大戰之歷史。

外觀特徵	空軍三重一村以防砲陣地遺跡為中心，房舍包圍遺跡排列，正門主要面向著包圍圈內，形成一個封閉、內聚性高的獨特空間。建物大部分為1-4層樓水泥、磚造樓房，眷舍之間，因經過長期的更改及擴建，已發展成連棟接壁、緊緊相連的樣貌，更增添了全區的包被感。資料來源：民國98年8月出版臺北縣歷史建築「空軍三重一村」修復及再利用計畫、民國108年8月出版新北市歷史建築「空軍三重一村建物暨防砲陣地」修復工程工作報告書
室內特徵	全區建物眾多，大致分為四類 1.丙級眷舍建物平面呈現前後狹長狀，由四個單元串連而成。由正面入口進入，一樓平面單元依序為客廳、樓梯間、房間、廚衛服務空間。客廳大致保留原始格局大小，並可見到民國 60 年以前改建之舊式樑、進入防洪樓之天花開孔通道，室內天花高度甚低；與前門巷道和後方樓梯間有一階高差，地坪可能曾經填高。樓梯間猶如一天井，衝通三樓，階差大而陡。或因多次加建，各樓層之階梯材質、階高、走向皆未統一，甚至有與隔鄰樓梯間僅以透空鐵窗分格而無壁面的情況，至為奇特。後半新建部分房間與廚衛空間之一樓地坪，與樓梯間有1階高差，與後巷室外地坪有2階高差。 2.乙級眷舍原平面呈L型，兩兩組合成長方形。改建擴增時，主要還是向前後院發展。其中一棟位於邊間，故也向側邊空地發展。建物一樓 L 型平面大致可分為三個單元，前後各一空間，另分支出一組廚衛空間。 3.甲級眷舍平面呈四方形，左右鄰接形成連棟。原始立面約為丙級眷舍的 2 倍寬。現況除建築物改建擴增，仍保有前院形式，但其範圍已比原本擴增。其內部空間與建物形式，因各戶各自改建，幾乎已完全不復原貌，且相互歧異。總體而言格局方正、有前院及圍牆、頂樓有雨棚或小面積閣樓為共通點。 4.特級眷舍原為室內16坪左右的平房，各自獨立並不相鄰，並有竹籬圍設院落。因周圍腹地較寬廣，且依傍於防砲陣地遺跡高坡上，改建擴增型態甚為多樣，建物組織也較無規則。多半是以原有主屋為中心擴張，分支出數個衍伸空間，或於庭院中較遠處增設與主屋不相連的空間。各家各自擴張的結果，是衍伸空間最終互相鄰接，建物之間地坪高差大，院落邊界推移，在推移後的邊界上新設出入口等等。這使得全區建物看來錯落交織，室內空間數量很多，並有多重出入口，益顯複雜。資料來源：民國98年8月出版臺北縣歷史建築「空軍三重一村」修復及再利用計畫、民國108年8月出版新北市歷史建築「空軍三重一村建物暨防砲陣地」修復工程工作報告書
使用情形	園區除了藝術作品的進駐與導覽活動外，包含有劇場、餐廳、輕食、酒吧、民宿、青旅及展場。
應重點維護之事項	於工程完工後須做好安全及清潔工作。
現狀	108年1月完成修復工程，自112年4月份起，部分園區由委外經營權的「時藝多媒體傳播股份有限公司」正式進駐經營，開放參觀。

歷史沿革: 日治末期，為了防禦盟軍的空襲，日本軍方在三重興建防砲陣地，其中的一個距離臺灣總督府的防砲陣地便在今日三重一村的位置。光復後，三重地區的日軍的軍事陣地由二○五師青年軍所接收。空軍三重一村位於新北市三重區正義南路與同安東街路口，是一空軍防砲部隊的眷村，於民國四十三（1954）年由蔣宋美齡女士協同中華民國婦女反共聯合會募款出資興建完成，至今已有50餘年的歷史。在臺北地區，多數眷村集中在臺北市及近郊地區，尤其鄰近的三重、永和、五股是第一波移民遷居的焦點，其中，三重除有部隊進駐外，還有大型軍眷居住區。民國九十六（2007）年，全村搬遷，並已於民國九十五（2006）年8月28日全區登錄為歷史建築。

指定登錄理由: （一）空軍三重一村為目前三重地區空軍防砲眷村較完整之個案，眷舍區分為甲、乙、丙及特級四種，由其大小反應出住戶之官階倫理，具眷村建築文化之特色。 ﹝二﹞眷村內有日治時期大型防空洞及防衛台北地區之高射砲或五零機槍之陣地遺址，足見其在日治時期之重要戰略地位，可以見證二次大戰之歷史。

室內特徵: 全區建物眾多，大致分為四類 1.丙級眷舍建物平面呈現前後狹長狀，由四個單元串連而成。由正面入口進入，一樓平面單元依序為客廳、樓梯間、房間、廚衛服務空間。客廳大致保留原始格局大小，並可見到民國 60 年以前改建之舊式樑、進入防洪樓之天花開孔通道，室內天花高度甚低；與前門巷道和後方樓梯間有一階高差，地坪可能曾經填高。樓梯間猶如一天井，衝通三樓，階差大而陡。或因多次加建，各樓層之階梯材質、階高、走向皆未統一，甚至有與隔鄰樓梯間僅以透空鐵窗分格而無壁面的情況，至為奇特。後半新建部分房間與廚衛空間之一樓地坪，與樓梯間有1階高差，與後巷室外地坪有2階高差。 2.乙級眷舍原平面呈L型，兩兩組合成長方形。改建擴增時，主要還是向前後院發展。其中一棟位於邊間，故也向側邊空地發展。建物一樓 L 型平面大致可分為三個單元，前後各一空間，另分支出一組廚衛空間。 3.甲級眷舍平面呈四方形，左右鄰接形成連棟。原始立面約為丙級眷舍的 2 倍寬。現況除建築物改建擴增，仍保有前院形式，但其範圍已比原本擴增。其內部空間與建物形式，因各戶各自改建，幾乎已完全不復原貌，且相互歧異。總體而言格局方正、有前院及圍牆、頂樓有雨棚或小面積閣樓為共通點。 4.特級眷舍原為室內16坪左右的平房，各自獨立並不相鄰，並有竹籬圍設院落。因周圍腹地較寬廣，且依傍於防砲陣地遺跡高坡上，改建擴增型態甚為多樣，建物組織也較無規則。多半是以原有主屋為中心擴張，分支出數個衍伸空間，或於庭院中較遠處增設與主屋不相連的空間。各家各自擴張的結果，是衍伸空間最終互相鄰接，建物之間地坪高差大，院落邊界推移，在推移後的邊界上新設出入口等等。這使得全區建物看來錯落交織，室內空間數量很多，並有多重出入口，益顯複雜。資料來源：民國98年8月出版臺北縣歷史建築「空軍三重一村」修復及再利用計畫、民國108年8月出版新北市歷史建築「空軍三重一村建物暨防砲陣地」修復工程工作報告書

使用情形: 園區除了藝術作品的進駐與導覽活動外，包含有劇場、餐廳、輕食、酒吧、民宿、青旅及展場。

應重點維護之事項: 於工程完工後須做好安全及清潔工作。

現狀: 108年1月完成修復工程，自112年4月份起，部分園區由委外經營權的「時藝多媒體傳播股份有限公司」正式進駐經營，開放參觀。
