隨著行動寬頻技術的發展,愈來愈多行動裝置藉由其寬頻網路的能力輕易地接取以往被視為是高負載的多媒體數位內容服務。以資訊安全技術為基礎的數位內容與版權管理應用服務,則實現了多媒體影音內容保護與使用權利控管等營運試驗與運用情境。從數位音樂CD的問世開始,世界上主要的資訊技術大廠無ㄧ不積極地建立相關的數位內容應用架構與規格,並大量推廣至各種應用情景與環境,包括企業服務與消費者市場等。行動網路環境的發達更將此戰場延伸到手機等行動裝置與無線網路的環境中。在行動應用中,開放行動聯盟Open Mobile Alliance由全世界超過百家以上的相關大廠所共同組織,並建立了相當多的行動通訊與應用規格,本計畫研發用戶端數位內容技術,依據OMA所制定的DRM 2.0規範,開發用戶端的軟體技術,建立數位內容在異質多網資安應用所需之基礎技術。_x000D_

With the development of mobile broadband technology, more and more mobile devices, with their broadband network capacity, can easily access the multimedia digital content which were considered to be heavy loading. The digital content and copyright management applications based on information security technology hasrealized multimedia audio and video content protection and operation testing and application scenarios such as use right control. Since the advent of digital music CDs, the world's leading IT companies have been actively building relevant digital content application architectures and specifications, and massively promoting them in a variety of application scenarios and environments, including enterprise services and consumer markets. The booming development of the mobile network environment will carry the competition to mobile devices (e.g. mobile phones) and wireless network environment. For mobile applications, the Open Mobile Alliance is organized by more than 100 related companies around the world, and a considerable number of mobile communication and application specifications have been established. This project develops digital content technology and develops user software technologies based on the DRM 2.0 specification established by OMA for building the basic technologies needed for the digital content in heterogeneous multi-network security applications.
