Shishang Toy Center, located in the Yilan National Center for Traditional Arts, is a children's world of fun and games, an all-inclusive place with a variety of toys where children from the 1970's up through the 1990's can all relive their childhood memories and take a trip to the past to enjoy the fun of toys.
For city kids, traditional games such as chopstick guns, whipping tops, stilts, and rolling hoops are a foreign thing that they've probably never seen, let alone played with.
