It is an open space villa with a European-style. The first and second floors have a seven-meter high-ceiling hall each, allowing you to instantly release the pressure in the urban jungle. The villa sits in the suburbs of Puli surrounded by mountains, air, sunlight, beautiful scenery. In Cheng Long House, you can enjoy the pleasure of taking a natural spring bath or enjoy the coziness of sipping a pot of tea, or a cup of coffee. At night, in the villa, you can listen to the birds singing and frogs wooing and the voice of the mountains played, as well as a few friends' hearty laughters, and you have long forgotten the existence of time and space. The red brick flooring throughout the ground level makes for a cozy living room, extending under the dining table and into the kitchen. Even staying indoors, it is easy to find a spot to sit or lounge or flip through a book and enjoy a leisurely time.Ivan, who began learning landscape design when in university, has unique tastes and specialties. He worked with many important construction companies after graduation. The Luodong Sports Park is one of his works of which he is particularly fond. Later on, he fell in love with Ivy, after which time they worked together to realize their aspirations to build a guesthouse. Before retreating into their Shire lifestyle, Ivy who was born in Yilan was working in Taipei as a clothing assistant. Though the bustling city has its charms, Ivy longed to return to her familiar hometown. As such, when Ivan proposed returning to Yilan to open a guesthouse, Ivy threw herself into the project without hesitation in order to create a beautiful life with her lover.
