歷史沿革「筱雲山莊」呂家渡臺祖 12 世呂祥省於清乾隆 36 年（1771）自福建省漳州府詔安縣秀篆渡海來臺，為客籍人士，初居潭子瓦磘（今中市潭子區福仁里），後遷至朴仔籬庄（今中市豐原區朴子里）；約乾隆 55 年（1790）始入墾定居於三角仔（今中市神岡區三角里）。 道光年間，14 世的呂世芳因「善居積」，數年後即「家業大昌，而呂氏遂以富盛聞」，成為地方領導士紳，其新建宅第則為今臺中市直轄市定古蹟「神岡呂家頂瓦厝」。 同治 5 年（1866），世芳長子呂炳南（15世）為侍奉母親與因應日漸增多的眷口而斥資興建「篤慶堂」，規模被譽為「樓臺花木，壯麗甲於東海」，且藏書多達兩萬餘卷。清末文人吳子光曾受邀在此任教，16 世呂汝玉、汝修兩兄弟亦為此於光緒 4 年（1878）整修舊宅，由吳子光命名為「筱雲軒」，成為清末中部地區文人薈萃與孕育之地。光緒 14 年（1888）呂汝修中式舉人，為呂家留下一塊「文魁」匾。 乙未改隸（1896）後，呂家在日治時期經呂汝玉等人努力下，不僅保存家業，並擔任官派或地方民選領袖，兼具政經實力，仍維持其地方領袖之地位。 「筱雲山莊」之建造歷程據研究可分為四期，分別為創建期（1866-1877）、二期第二道護龍、筱雲軒、迎賓樓增建（1878-1895）、三期第三道護龍增建（1896-1926）與四期南北側洋式與和式建築（1927-1944）。

外觀特徵筱雲山莊主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院，第一進門廳門額題為「篤慶堂」，中門兩旁牆上安置豐富的交趾陶裝飾，過了門廳篤慶堂進入中庭，地上的紅磚呈現特殊排列，從中央核心向四角發散，形成四角形及八角形的圖案。在前面大院鑿有一座半月池，有防火及調節氣候之作用。 在篤慶堂東側的筱雲軒是一座兩開間的藏書室，上覆單簷歇山屋頂，三面設步口廊，外貌極為簡樸，在筱雲軒的東南邊建有園林，為當時文人飲酒詠詩之所。 另在水圳南岸的近代日治建築所附庭園，則另有一番意境，設計風格融合中國式與些許日本風，設置五級陶塔也是蘇州園林及日本庭園常見作法。筱雲山莊同時擁有兩座風格不同的園林，在臺灣建築史上誠為特例，彌足珍貴。
室內特徵筱雲山莊規模宏整，細部的雕飾與彩繪亦頗為可觀，尤其是交趾陶作品保存豐富，且有名匠藝師署名落款。木雕及磚雕也是筱雲山莊的特色，木雕集中在棟架上的東隨、員光以及樑下的托木。而磚雕除了技巧之外，也常以青磚與紅磚交相疊砌，形成凹凸線腳，頗具美觀。筱雲山莊的門樓、篤慶堂皆有磚雕作品，護室鳥踏也有磚雕葫蘆裝飾。
使用情形原用途使用，為呂家族人之居住與日常生活之場所。

description: : 臺中市市定古蹟「筱雲山莊」，為仕紳呂炳南於清同治 5 年（1866）創建。民國 88 年（1999）5 月 17 日，經臺中縣政府公告指定為縣定古蹟，今則為臺中市直轄市定古蹟。 本案位於臺中市神岡區三角里大豐路 104、106、108、110、112、114 及 116號，主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院。此前筱雲山莊已進行兩期之修復工程，本次則再針對迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉以及整體環境整理與改善等進行修復，以及景觀改善之整體規劃，以利未來開放參觀與使用。 本影片主要呈現施工內容以迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉進行壁體(土埆磚牆、編竹夾泥牆、灰泥牆、白灰壁粉刷、黑砂粉刷施作)、木作(木棟架整修、椽條鋪設)、屋面(養瓦、和瓦、仰合瓦、水泥瓦鋪設)之修復過程。

歷史沿革: 「筱雲山莊」呂家渡臺祖 12 世呂祥省於清乾隆 36 年（1771）自福建省漳州府詔安縣秀篆渡海來臺，為客籍人士，初居潭子瓦磘（今中市潭子區福仁里），後遷至朴仔籬庄（今中市豐原區朴子里）；約乾隆 55 年（1790）始入墾定居於三角仔（今中市神岡區三角里）。 道光年間，14 世的呂世芳因「善居積」，數年後即「家業大昌，而呂氏遂以富盛聞」，成為地方領導士紳，其新建宅第則為今臺中市直轄市定古蹟「神岡呂家頂瓦厝」。 同治 5 年（1866），世芳長子呂炳南（15世）為侍奉母親與因應日漸增多的眷口而斥資興建「篤慶堂」，規模被譽為「樓臺花木，壯麗甲於東海」，且藏書多達兩萬餘卷。清末文人吳子光曾受邀在此任教，16 世呂汝玉、汝修兩兄弟亦為此於光緒 4 年（1878）整修舊宅，由吳子光命名為「筱雲軒」，成為清末中部地區文人薈萃與孕育之地。光緒 14 年（1888）呂汝修中式舉人，為呂家留下一塊「文魁」匾。 乙未改隸（1896）後，呂家在日治時期經呂汝玉等人努力下，不僅保存家業，並擔任官派或地方民選領袖，兼具政經實力，仍維持其地方領袖之地位。 「筱雲山莊」之建造歷程據研究可分為四期，分別為創建期（1866-1877）、二期第二道護龍、筱雲軒、迎賓樓增建（1878-1895）、三期第三道護龍增建（1896-1926）與四期南北側洋式與和式建築（1927-1944）。

外觀特徵: 筱雲山莊主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院，第一進門廳門額題為「篤慶堂」，中門兩旁牆上安置豐富的交趾陶裝飾，過了門廳篤慶堂進入中庭，地上的紅磚呈現特殊排列，從中央核心向四角發散，形成四角形及八角形的圖案。在前面大院鑿有一座半月池，有防火及調節氣候之作用。 在篤慶堂東側的筱雲軒是一座兩開間的藏書室，上覆單簷歇山屋頂，三面設步口廊，外貌極為簡樸，在筱雲軒的東南邊建有園林，為當時文人飲酒詠詩之所。 另在水圳南岸的近代日治建築所附庭園，則另有一番意境，設計風格融合中國式與些許日本風，設置五級陶塔也是蘇州園林及日本庭園常見作法。筱雲山莊同時擁有兩座風格不同的園林，在臺灣建築史上誠為特例，彌足珍貴。
室內特徵: 筱雲山莊規模宏整，細部的雕飾與彩繪亦頗為可觀，尤其是交趾陶作品保存豐富，且有名匠藝師署名落款。木雕及磚雕也是筱雲山莊的特色，木雕集中在棟架上的東隨、員光以及樑下的托木。而磚雕除了技巧之外，也常以青磚與紅磚交相疊砌，形成凹凸線腳，頗具美觀。筱雲山莊的門樓、篤慶堂皆有磚雕作品，護室鳥踏也有磚雕葫蘆裝飾。
使用情形: 原用途使用，為呂家族人之居住與日常生活之場所。

description: : 臺中市市定古蹟「筱雲山莊」，為仕紳呂炳南於清同治 5 年（1866）創建。民國 88 年（1999）5 月 17 日，經臺中縣政府公告指定為縣定古蹟，今則為臺中市直轄市定古蹟。 本案位於臺中市神岡區三角里大豐路 104、106、108、110、112、114 及 116號，主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院。此前筱雲山莊已進行兩期之修復工程，本次則再針對迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉以及整體環境整理與改善等進行修復，以及景觀改善之整體規劃，以利未來開放參觀與使用。 本影片主要呈現施工內容以迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉進行壁體(土埆磚牆、編竹夾泥牆、灰泥牆、白灰壁粉刷、黑砂粉刷施作)、木作(木棟架整修、椽條鋪設)、屋面(養瓦、和瓦、仰合瓦、水泥瓦鋪設)之修復過程。

歷史沿革「登瀛書院」位於草屯鎮新庄里史館路文昌巷30號。建於清道光27年（1847），民國74年（1985）11月27日，經內政部公告指定為臺閩地區第三級古蹟。清代初期草屯為北投社之地，舊稱北投堡。其時漢人向平埔番人得耕土地，並且興修水利，至乾隆年間，草屯地方已形成了洪、李、林、簡四大姓之血緣聚落。其中之洪姓支派，開鑿「茄荖馬助圳」，聚族而居，後來成為倡建書院之登瀛社的主要成員。南北投設學最早的記錄始於清雍正12年（1734），分巡臺灣道張嗣昌為推廣教化，建議於南北二路熟番社普設土番社學，因此在南北投堡即有南投、北投兩所社學。這兩個社學是以教育歸附土番子弟為目的，其教學不僅施於番童，並兼充普通義塾，漢番混學居多。之後漢人入墾日多，到了清道光11年（1831），南投縣丞朱懋延請南北投堡、沙連堡等士紳籌建書院，作為南、北投保兩地漢人讀書的場所，此即為清道光13年（1833）建立之南投「藍田書院」。至清道光初年，西部平埔族群，在北投社番引導下陸續遷入埔里盆地，身為入埔要道之北投堡，地位益形重要。根據周璽「彰化縣志」之記載，清道光初年，北投堡文風已開，雖無文昌祠之立，但已有仕紳會文結社，以為敬業樂群之所，此即為登瀛社，「登瀛書院」即是在登瀛社員的推動下而成立。 由於「藍田書院」遠在南投，對於北投堡之學子甚感不便，因此，於清道光27年（1847）10月，莊文蔚、洪濟純等首倡，向北投堡內士紳殷戶，募款得五千八百元，創建「登瀛書院」。是年11月興工，清道光28年（1848）12月竣工，以為教學處所，並祀文昌帝君，草屯一帶文風更是大興。然雖為書院，仍不脫「義學」之性質。其經費來源除信徒捐置學田外，曾接受彰化「白沙書院」的資助，故與「白沙書院」關係密切，學規、修業有可能依循「白沙書院」。清光緒9年（1883），院舍年久失修，由李定邦、林錫爵、簡化成等人首倡，再向北投堡內仕紳募得2,300元、加上玉峰社捐資200元、碧峰社捐資100元、萃英社捐資50元，予以重修，於清光緒10年（1884）1月竣工。 「登瀛書院」於清代時期曾造就了不少人才，如舉人簡化成、武秀才洪玉麟、文秀才洪鍾英等有19名之多。日治時期，書院功能逐漸喪失，日治明治35年(1903年)因購置草鞋墩公學校用地，將三十五甲學田捐獻草鞋墩支廳，致傳統文教功能廢絕，以「文昌祠」名義存之。二戰後，歷經民國56年(1967)、民國75年(西1986)、民國77年(1988)之重修而成今日之面貌。 目前書院正殿中央供奉文昌帝君，左奉紫陽夫子朱熹、右奉魁斗星君。登瀛書院的格局是單進三合院式建築，座中為三開間正殿，兩側為七間式廂房，正殿與廂房間有過水相連。書院四週有圍牆圍繞，正面為長十三公尺的三脊燕尾照壁。基地全寬38.5公尺，縱深50公尺。書院正門、門柱皆有題聯，大廳內並存有古匾「學教敦倫」「輔翼聖教」。除此之外，其閩南花紋磚與樑上的結構，別具特色。東西廂壁上之書卷狀雕飾，也是古意盎然。 登瀛書院建築物經被評定為書院類建築物之最完整者，創建距今175年間，雖曾四次大修，然均能依照原貌加予修繕，不僅正殿之結構體毫未予更動，連兩排齋舍也不增減一間，建材之土墼(土埆)也未更換為磚塊，完整的保持初建原貌，真是一大特色，堪稱為珍貴的文化資產。

外觀特徵「登瀛書院」為單進兩翼齋舍的三合院建築，中央為三開門 的正殿，屋頂是燕尾翹脊、雙龍護塔，正前有照牆(照壁) 一座，正殿之右前方有惜字亭。遍查台灣六十二所書院中，創建年度有早晚，規模大小有別，財務情形各異而各具有特色，但建築物大部分已失去了原貌。
室內特徵為傳統廟宇木構造，閩南花紋磚與樑上的結構，別具特色。除此之外，牆體皆為磚瓦承重牆。
使用情形「登瀛書院」建築物經被評定為書院類建築物之最完整者， 一百七十五年間，雖曾四次大修，然均能依照原貌加予修繕，不僅正殿之結構體毫未予更動，連兩排齋舍也不增減一間，建材之土墼(土埆)也未更換為磚塊，完整的保持初建原貌，真是一大特色，堪稱為珍貴的文化資產，開放供民眾拜拜祭祀用。
應重點維護之事項屋頂防水、消房安全及木構件防腐蟻蛀。
現狀1.民國88年「921」震災造成登瀛書院嚴重傾斜及塌陷。民國91年十一月八日修復完竣，依原貌修復現狀保存。 2.民國108至109年(西元2019-2020年)，進行登瀛書院正殿木構架左右前金柱通隨緊急加固工程，以及拜殿枋樑珍貴彩繪修復等工程。彩繪修復工程於民國110年(西元2021年)1月竣工。 3.目前由登瀛書院管理委員會進行管理維護，保存狀況良好。 .，進行登瀛書院拜殿枋樑珍貴彩繪修復計畫，並於民國110年(西元2021年)1月竣工。

歷史沿革: 「登瀛書院」位於草屯鎮新庄里史館路文昌巷30號。建於清道光27年（1847），民國74年（1985）11月27日，經內政部公告指定為臺閩地區第三級古蹟。清代初期草屯為北投社之地，舊稱北投堡。其時漢人向平埔番人得耕土地，並且興修水利，至乾隆年間，草屯地方已形成了洪、李、林、簡四大姓之血緣聚落。其中之洪姓支派，開鑿「茄荖馬助圳」，聚族而居，後來成為倡建書院之登瀛社的主要成員。南北投設學最早的記錄始於清雍正12年（1734），分巡臺灣道張嗣昌為推廣教化，建議於南北二路熟番社普設土番社學，因此在南北投堡即有南投、北投兩所社學。這兩個社學是以教育歸附土番子弟為目的，其教學不僅施於番童，並兼充普通義塾，漢番混學居多。之後漢人入墾日多，到了清道光11年（1831），南投縣丞朱懋延請南北投堡、沙連堡等士紳籌建書院，作為南、北投保兩地漢人讀書的場所，此即為清道光13年（1833）建立之南投「藍田書院」。至清道光初年，西部平埔族群，在北投社番引導下陸續遷入埔里盆地，身為入埔要道之北投堡，地位益形重要。根據周璽「彰化縣志」之記載，清道光初年，北投堡文風已開，雖無文昌祠之立，但已有仕紳會文結社，以為敬業樂群之所，此即為登瀛社，「登瀛書院」即是在登瀛社員的推動下而成立。 由於「藍田書院」遠在南投，對於北投堡之學子甚感不便，因此，於清道光27年（1847）10月，莊文蔚、洪濟純等首倡，向北投堡內士紳殷戶，募款得五千八百元，創建「登瀛書院」。是年11月興工，清道光28年（1848）12月竣工，以為教學處所，並祀文昌帝君，草屯一帶文風更是大興。然雖為書院，仍不脫「義學」之性質。其經費來源除信徒捐置學田外，曾接受彰化「白沙書院」的資助，故與「白沙書院」關係密切，學規、修業有可能依循「白沙書院」。清光緒9年（1883），院舍年久失修，由李定邦、林錫爵、簡化成等人首倡，再向北投堡內仕紳募得2,300元、加上玉峰社捐資200元、碧峰社捐資100元、萃英社捐資50元，予以重修，於清光緒10年（1884）1月竣工。 「登瀛書院」於清代時期曾造就了不少人才，如舉人簡化成、武秀才洪玉麟、文秀才洪鍾英等有19名之多。日治時期，書院功能逐漸喪失，日治明治35年(1903年)因購置草鞋墩公學校用地，將三十五甲學田捐獻草鞋墩支廳，致傳統文教功能廢絕，以「文昌祠」名義存之。二戰後，歷經民國56年(1967)、民國75年(西1986)、民國77年(1988)之重修而成今日之面貌。 目前書院正殿中央供奉文昌帝君，左奉紫陽夫子朱熹、右奉魁斗星君。登瀛書院的格局是單進三合院式建築，座中為三開間正殿，兩側為七間式廂房，正殿與廂房間有過水相連。書院四週有圍牆圍繞，正面為長十三公尺的三脊燕尾照壁。基地全寬38.5公尺，縱深50公尺。書院正門、門柱皆有題聯，大廳內並存有古匾「學教敦倫」「輔翼聖教」。除此之外，其閩南花紋磚與樑上的結構，別具特色。東西廂壁上之書卷狀雕飾，也是古意盎然。 登瀛書院建築物經被評定為書院類建築物之最完整者，創建距今175年間，雖曾四次大修，然均能依照原貌加予修繕，不僅正殿之結構體毫未予更動，連兩排齋舍也不增減一間，建材之土墼(土埆)也未更換為磚塊，完整的保持初建原貌，真是一大特色，堪稱為珍貴的文化資產。

外觀特徵: 「登瀛書院」為單進兩翼齋舍的三合院建築，中央為三開門 的正殿，屋頂是燕尾翹脊、雙龍護塔，正前有照牆(照壁) 一座，正殿之右前方有惜字亭。遍查台灣六十二所書院中，創建年度有早晚，規模大小有別，財務情形各異而各具有特色，但建築物大部分已失去了原貌。
室內特徵: 為傳統廟宇木構造，閩南花紋磚與樑上的結構，別具特色。除此之外，牆體皆為磚瓦承重牆。
使用情形: 「登瀛書院」建築物經被評定為書院類建築物之最完整者， 一百七十五年間，雖曾四次大修，然均能依照原貌加予修繕，不僅正殿之結構體毫未予更動，連兩排齋舍也不增減一間，建材之土墼(土埆)也未更換為磚塊，完整的保持初建原貌，真是一大特色，堪稱為珍貴的文化資產，開放供民眾拜拜祭祀用。
應重點維護之事項: 屋頂防水、消房安全及木構件防腐蟻蛀。
現狀: 1.民國88年「921」震災造成登瀛書院嚴重傾斜及塌陷。民國91年十一月八日修復完竣，依原貌修復現狀保存。 2.民國108至109年(西元2019-2020年)，進行登瀛書院正殿木構架左右前金柱通隨緊急加固工程，以及拜殿枋樑珍貴彩繪修復等工程。彩繪修復工程於民國110年(西元2021年)1月竣工。 3.目前由登瀛書院管理委員會進行管理維護，保存狀況良好。 .，進行登瀛書院拜殿枋樑珍貴彩繪修復計畫，並於民國110年(西元2021年)1月竣工。
