歷史沿革日茂行主人林振嵩於乾隆30年（西元1765年）由泉州永寧渡海來臺經商，並定居鹿港，林振嵩經營船頭行，於鹿港創立「日茂行」商行。乾隆49年（西元1784年）鹿港開為正式的港口，與泉州蚶江對渡通商，推測日茂行建築於此時期興建。 　　 乾隆42年（西元1777年）捐資成立鹿港慈善組織「敬義園」，以拾字紙、置義塚、收遺骸、修橋樑等工作，造福鄉里，是當時最具規模的慈善組織。另外，日茂行曾參與乾隆51年（西元1786年）鹿港龍山寺遷建、乾隆52年（西元1787年）天后宮（今新祖宮）新建等地方事務。 　　 乾隆53年（西元1788年）林振嵩因母喪回泉州奔喪後，定居泉州，頤養天年，日茂行的經營由林振嵩三子林文濬接手。林文濬又名品、元品，字金伯，號淵巖，為人熱心公益，曾捐資修建鹿港天后宮、鹽水武廟、彰化縣城等。嘉慶21年（西元1816年）林文濬五子林廷璋，孫侄林世賢中舉，同年，日茂行進行重修，由林文濬敬書「日茂行」門額。 　　 自乾隆年間至道光中葉，日茂行執鹿港商業牛耳，然而隨著鹿港河道淤塞影響船運，日茂行商務亦逐漸衰弱，家族於地方事務的參與歸於平淡。後因民國70年（西元1981年）實施都市計畫畫道路開闢，日茂行建物所在地辦理徵收，部分建築遭拆除，於民國89年（西元2000年）公告為縣定古蹟，民國94年（西元2004年）遂辦理修復工程。

指定登錄理由鹿港日茂行，為鹿港開港的歷史見證，亦是鹿港開發過程中重要商業社團「泉郊」首富，在當時隨鹿港全盛時期商業貿易的發展，成為鹿港八郊之首及規模最大的船頭行。日茂行對鹿港的貢獻與事蹟，至今仍在鹿港留傳歌頌。

外觀特徵日茂行為「三進二院」的建築格局，因民國70年（西元1981年）公佈的都市計畫中，日茂行建物所在地辦理徵收，部分建築已被拆除，除了圍牆已被拆除外，還包括主體建築前落正身正立面、舊時作為書院的「林源和」右半圍牆，及右半護龍亦被拆除。現今日茂行範圍包括室外主體建築外埕（日茂埕）、臺基、深井；室內則有明間（正廳堂、屏後）、左右次間、護龍；中介空間則有步口。 現今的前埕已有部分遭小路、樹木等取代，但仍可看出其第一進之室內進深、中庭進深遠大於一般商用空間或居住空間，可見其原為船頭行特有之院落空間，可視其屋宇高度為船頭行高於一般傳統店舖近15倍之空間尺度。外埕（日茂埕）舖面以泉川花崗石為舖面材料（壓艙石），以二道「龍鬚」將舖面分作三堵，中央較寬而兩旁較窄，臺基與步口以石板條為主要舖面材。廣場前有數顆磉石，做為昔時郊商往來的旗杆座及酬神時演戲的戲臺石。 主體建築前落主要為磚造承重牆結構。日茂行屋頂之形式、起翹、瓦作、脊作等作法顯鹿港本土之特色，反應地方建築特有的折衷性質。前落正身之屋頂，由於每「舉」高度相同，「舉架」作法不明顯，正身第一進之屋頂每舉之高度相同，未能產生舉折之曲線，外觀上測得之「起翹」曲線應為脊作及瓦作再加以施工而產生。主體建築前落，正身之屋頂以椽條與屋架的檁搭接，椽條上鋪望磚，望磚上再鋪一層板瓦，板瓦上再依每隴計算應有之高度填以土或雜瓦，最上層材以仰瓦覆蓋，逐步產生「起翹」，「起翹」曲線從屋脊之中心向左右上揚，並向外翻起。明間屋頂以竹竿代替椽條，竹竿上舖「屋瓦」；日茂行屋頂之瓦作為大、小式兼。正身第一進之正脊，為「工」字形之清水脊，正脊頂端以磚塊壓頂。脊頭（馬背）為直式，且山牆及脊頭（馬背）少有多餘裝飾。門廳正門原有門額「日茂行」石刻，民國87年（西元1998年）5月16日鹿港鎮公所因都市計畫拓寬泉州街。將日茂行臨街房舍拆毀，門額「日茂行」亦毀損成兩段，目前由日茂行後代保管。 主體建築後落原為一條正身及左、右護龍共組，目前除正身保留完整外，左護龍已改建為混凝土構造；右護龍則大部分坍塌。正身兩側山牆為磚造承重牆，後檐牆則為磚石混和構造，腰線以下為石板條封砌，以石板條寬面向外，內以磚石堆砌；腰線以上至檐下原應為磚造，今施以水泥粉光。主體建築後落正身之屋頂亦為硬山式作法，中脊之鏤空（置花格磚處）分作三段，對應明間、次間、稍間之位置。正身之屋頂於檁上架椽條，椽條上望板，望板施作方向水平於椽條，望板上再施以磚及釉面磚，釉面磚上逐施瓦作，瓦作與主體建築前落正身左側相似，為大式屋頂作法。次間瓦作之形式與正身相似，皆為大式屋頂之作法。正身正脊與建築前落正身同為「工」字形之清水脊，正脊頂端以磚為材，脊頭也與主體建築前落正身相似。 小合院為一正身及左、右護龍所組成，為日茂行目前保留最完整的三合院單元。小合院圍牆原有花磚窗及石門罩，石門罩上原刻有「林原和」的石匾，因民國87年（西元1998年）道路拓寬工程時遭受破壞。小合院埕舖面材料與主體建築外埕同為泉州花崗石，左右護龍則以石板條為材料。
室內特徵主體建築前落正身以外架方式計算，共有19架，含出檐3架。屏後深度3步架，夾山磚牆與屏後之木構件間之金柱上可觀測正廳樑枋與檁之榫口，此處原應有（屏牆）室內隔間牆存在。 主體建築後落正身傳統建築之穿斗式屋架，外架17架含出檐3架。右次間為穿斗式屋架，共5架，為小式屋架之作法。 小合院正身屋架為抬樑式，外架13架，含出檐2架。左右護龍亦為抬樑式屋架，共5架。正身山牆為磚造承重牆、後檐牆則為磚石混造承重牆，山牆及後檐牆皆以水泥砂漿粉平。左、右護龍之「外山牆」及後檐牆為承重牆；「內山牆」（近正身之山牆）及「前檐牆」為樑柱構造。「內山牆」之牆身為磚造，由於其為樑柱構造，牆身不承重；「前檐牆」檻牆以上為木造板壁及夾竹編泥牆。「外山牆」為磚石混造，最底層為四層磚疊砌，長面向外。 日茂行正廳門楣有一塊「鰲波東注」匾，「鰲」指鰲城，即泉州永寧，說明林家祖先由永寧城來臺灣經商貿易，故曰「鰲波東注」。正殿神龕上方有一塊「大觀」匾。民國56年（西元1967年）日茂行重修，由鹿港匠師施金義承做正廳彩繪，並由和美陳穎派施作彩繪，書法家歐陽錦華現場揮毫，留下珍貴的墨跡。
使用情形現今建物內多為管理人作為居住使用，民國110年（西元2021年）彰化縣文化局委外進行修復再利用工程，目前尚未執行。
應重點維護之事項建議管理單位定期檢視電線管理及注意用電用火安全，並避免易燃物於用火設備旁。
現狀民國89年（西元2000年）編列為縣定古蹟，並於民國94年（西元2005年）完成修復工程，其建物狀態保存良好。

歷史沿革: 日茂行主人林振嵩於乾隆30年（西元1765年）由泉州永寧渡海來臺經商，並定居鹿港，林振嵩經營船頭行，於鹿港創立「日茂行」商行。乾隆49年（西元1784年）鹿港開為正式的港口，與泉州蚶江對渡通商，推測日茂行建築於此時期興建。 　　 乾隆42年（西元1777年）捐資成立鹿港慈善組織「敬義園」，以拾字紙、置義塚、收遺骸、修橋樑等工作，造福鄉里，是當時最具規模的慈善組織。另外，日茂行曾參與乾隆51年（西元1786年）鹿港龍山寺遷建、乾隆52年（西元1787年）天后宮（今新祖宮）新建等地方事務。 　　 乾隆53年（西元1788年）林振嵩因母喪回泉州奔喪後，定居泉州，頤養天年，日茂行的經營由林振嵩三子林文濬接手。林文濬又名品、元品，字金伯，號淵巖，為人熱心公益，曾捐資修建鹿港天后宮、鹽水武廟、彰化縣城等。嘉慶21年（西元1816年）林文濬五子林廷璋，孫侄林世賢中舉，同年，日茂行進行重修，由林文濬敬書「日茂行」門額。 　　 自乾隆年間至道光中葉，日茂行執鹿港商業牛耳，然而隨著鹿港河道淤塞影響船運，日茂行商務亦逐漸衰弱，家族於地方事務的參與歸於平淡。後因民國70年（西元1981年）實施都市計畫畫道路開闢，日茂行建物所在地辦理徵收，部分建築遭拆除，於民國89年（西元2000年）公告為縣定古蹟，民國94年（西元2004年）遂辦理修復工程。

指定登錄理由: 鹿港日茂行，為鹿港開港的歷史見證，亦是鹿港開發過程中重要商業社團「泉郊」首富，在當時隨鹿港全盛時期商業貿易的發展，成為鹿港八郊之首及規模最大的船頭行。日茂行對鹿港的貢獻與事蹟，至今仍在鹿港留傳歌頌。

歷史沿革馬公地區舊稱媽宮，為澎湖極早發展的聚落，亦是澎湖軍事佈防的重心，於清領時期開始蓬勃發展，聚落與商業貿易相當繁盛，形成一市七街；清法戰爭後鑒於媽宮形勢散漫無城可守，因此光緒13年（1887）興築媽宮城作為防禦重心，周圍並設有砲臺以防衛；日治時期雖因應都市之發展需要而有兩次拆媽宮城垣，而媽宮城區西半部仍為重要軍事據點，城牆做為屏障可抵擋來自西側海面上的攻擊，有防禦之功能，因此未被拆除而保留下來持續沿用至今。 媽宮古城為清領時期最後一座興築的城，歷史雖然不及其他古城要長；然身為受清法戰爭影響而興築的城，且見證了數次重要戰役與都市聚落之發展，且是臺灣海上防禦的代表，與臺灣本島其他清領時期興築的城相較之下有其特殊性，是完全軍事考量優先而建城，由此可見其戰略位置與軍事價值之重要性。

指定登錄理由(一)已指定之古蹟中較具重要性： 1.具高度歷史、藝術或科學價值者 (1) 媽宮古城於清光緒15年（西元1889年）竣工，是清法戰爭後，清領時期改變海防觀念而興築的大規模軍事要塞，並反映清領、日治及二戰後不同時期的國家軍事防禦發展脈絡。 (2) 媽宮古城的興築、變遷以及城內外保存的文化資產、反映各時期都市景觀。 2.表現各時代營造技術流派特色者 (1) 城垣牆身以玄武岩砌成，上接硓𥑮石砌城垛，反映澎湖在地材料。 (2) 城樓構造形式有別於閩南建築風格，可做為清領時期臺灣建築構造史的重要範例。 3.具稀少性，不易再現者 選址與城牆的興築，反映澎湖在臺海地區關鍵的經濟與戰略地位。 (二)已指定之古蹟中保存完整： 媽宮古城現存約為800.35公尺，城門、城樓、城垣、雉堞等構築，均保存完好，可以完整呈現清領時期媽宮城的建築規制，與臺灣本島其他城郭具比對性意義。 (三)已指定之古蹟中各時代或某類型之典範： 1. 媽宮古城為清領時期臺澎地區晚近興築的海防城郭代表。 2. 順承門城樓構造形式，具有閩東建築的特徵，較為罕見；建城材料取自當地，呈現地方特色，具有建築構造史的重要價值。

指定登錄理由: (一)已指定之古蹟中較具重要性： 1.具高度歷史、藝術或科學價值者 (1) 媽宮古城於清光緒15年（西元1889年）竣工，是清法戰爭後，清領時期改變海防觀念而興築的大規模軍事要塞，並反映清領、日治及二戰後不同時期的國家軍事防禦發展脈絡。 (2) 媽宮古城的興築、變遷以及城內外保存的文化資產、反映各時期都市景觀。 2.表現各時代營造技術流派特色者 (1) 城垣牆身以玄武岩砌成，上接硓𥑮石砌城垛，反映澎湖在地材料。 (2) 城樓構造形式有別於閩南建築風格，可做為清領時期臺灣建築構造史的重要範例。 3.具稀少性，不易再現者 選址與城牆的興築，反映澎湖在臺海地區關鍵的經濟與戰略地位。 (二)已指定之古蹟中保存完整： 媽宮古城現存約為800.35公尺，城門、城樓、城垣、雉堞等構築，均保存完好，可以完整呈現清領時期媽宮城的建築規制，與臺灣本島其他城郭具比對性意義。 (三)已指定之古蹟中各時代或某類型之典範： 1. 媽宮古城為清領時期臺澎地區晚近興築的海防城郭代表。 2. 順承門城樓構造形式，具有閩東建築的特徵，較為罕見；建城材料取自當地，呈現地方特色，具有建築構造史的重要價值。

歷史沿革「臺東市民權里日式建築宿舍群」內的日式木造宿舍群，約建於昭和年間，其中主要為日治期的臺東中學校、高等女學校之教職員宿舍，部分也包含街吏員的宿舍 2006年民權里里長余岱沅先生，有鑑於此區文化資產的珍貴性，透過媒體呼籲要求主管機關重視保存後，除獲得地方人士的迴響聲援之外，也凝聚公部門相關單位對於此區重要文化資產的保存與再利用共識。現今產權大部分完成移撥由臺東縣政府文化處管理。 民權里日式木造宿舍群之建築樣式豐富，其中包含獨棟式高等三種、四種官舍，判任官獨棟甲種官舍以及判任官乙、丙、丁種二戶建官舍。本區域文資頗具歷史性、特殊文化與建築美學。建築物的群聚性集中，且街道空間尺度仍保有日治期之街廓規劃型態，其整體性具備未來「地域特殊歷史場域」風貌再造之價值。

簡要描述民國56年間，政府為了配合美軍在全國戰略上的需要，以及擴大對大陸的廣播，與美國協議從民國58年起開始實施「定遠計畫」，由美方支持短波廣播設備，我國提供設立發射基地的土地。 民國58年間，國民黨中央黨部出面與岡山空軍總部預訓部接洽，商議借用虎尾空軍基地的23公頃土地。位於虎尾鎮廉使里附近的虎尾空軍基地，四周遍植甘蔗，不僅隱密性高，不易遭人偵測反制或蓄意破壞，而且土地幅員空曠，周域並無其他建物干擾影響。獲得軍方同意後，隨即展開虎尾分臺的建臺工作，歷經3年，於民國61年3月竣工。電臺內的4部100KW短波機、8付幕型天線全部架設完成後，隨即於5月20日啟用，開始對大陸廣播。「中央廣播電臺虎尾分臺」正式成立，是中央廣播電臺第4座分臺。民國87年改制成財團法人後，駐兵撤除。隨著兩岸關係趨緩，製播內容趨向開放、活潑，人員也開始縮編。 惟中央廣播電臺早期係國內對大陸政治作戰，以及敵後工作廣播滲透的重要壁壘，由於性質相當特殊，且歸屬國防部，是國防宣傳重地，電臺大門憲兵把關站哨，戒備森嚴，往往給人一種「莫測高深」，既神秘且又極其威嚴的感覺。
