技術摘要-英文: A heterogeneous network apparatus, method, computer program, and computer readable medium can detect path status parameters of heterogeneous networks. The path status parameters are used to calculate path priorities. The path priorities are used to determine an assignment ratio. The assignment ratio is used to assign network paths to transmit a packet, whereby the problem that the heterogeneous network apparatus of the prior art cannot utilize different network interfaces effectively at the same time is solved.
