一種用以製作抗菌纖維之紡絲原液之組成，包含海藻酸鹽、磺酸化幾丁聚糖與溶劑。磺酸化幾丁聚糖係由幾丁聚糖經磺酸化反應而得，其中幾丁聚糖的分子量約為10,000~50,000。磺酸化幾丁聚糖與海藻酸鹽的重量比約為1:1~1:9。亦提供一種抗菌纖維與其製作方法，以及利用此抗菌纖維製作之抗菌織物。

技術摘要-英文

A spinning solution used for fabricating an antibacterial fiber is provided. The spinning solution includes an alginate compound, a sulfonated chitosan and a solvent. The sulfonated chitosan is obtained by a sulfonated reaction of a chitosan and a sulfonated reagent. The weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of the chitosan is about 10,000~50,000. The weight ratio of the sulfonated chitosan and the alginate compound is in a range from about 1:1 to about 1:9. The antibacterial fiber and a fabricating method thereof, and a textile fabricated from the antibacterial fiber are provided too.

技術摘要-英文	An apparatus for manufacturing a non-woven fabric is provided. The apparatus includes a spinning nozzle, a fiber extension device and a water spray device, wherein the spinning nozzle has at least one spinneret and has a spinning solution including a solvent including NMMO and a fiber material including cellulose. The fiber extension device is disposed under the spinning nozzle and has a gas generating device therein for generating a gas flow from the top of the fiber extension device toward the bottom thereof.
