Description: 地景澤行館は南京ロードの綠園道に佇み，外観は一面白い壁とガラスに覆われている建物である。積み木のように積み上げるイメージから天まで一歩一歩という意味が含まれている。青々と生い茂る芝生と高い木々に囲まれ、 地景澤は品格ある建物として台東の悠長な歩調にあっている。綠園道上に面し、水平に広がる石畳が延長感ある美しい曲線をつくります。壮大感に驚かされます。入り口は西南むきになっており、3階より上は内側に入り込むように段差をつけ、V字型がまるで両腕を広げ、ゲストを包み込むかのように見えます。エントランスはあえて低めに簡潔な設計にすることで、3階高さのある四つの柱を強調します。​ 1階の朝食会場は一面ガラス張りにすることで、外の噴水に囲まれるイメージから独特な雰囲気を味わいさせます。一面に広がる芝生は朝から晩まで台東の悠長な時間をコーヒーを飲みながら楽しむことができます。

The hotel lobby is intentionally arranged on the second floor, with a great wide panorama to the city. We incorporate the existing tree at the northwest corner to vitalize the entrance space adjacent to the greenery boulevard. The sensational entrance sequence making the access experience a memorable journey. The outdoor corridor and stairway are arranged on the northeast corner to respond to the monsoon, which introduce the breeze into the building and relieve the heat load. The waterscape adjacent to the stairway cooled the air, making the hallway a pleasant outdoor space. Horizontal balcony and the light color façade prevent the solar heat from entering the building and decrease the heat gains. By using the light color pebble wash concrete wall, the robust massing accent stands out while blending into the context.
