區域範圍劃定以金門國家公園管理處計畫界定之第一類一般管制區細部計畫瓊林聚落土地分區計畫為範圍。（金湖鎮瓊林聚落地籍分為「瓊林段」、「中五劃段」、「北五劃段」，其中瓊林段地號1076處、中五劃段153處、北五劃段54處，共1283處）
地區發展與特色瓊林位在金門本島中央蜂腰部之北海岸附近，在浯島草萊初闢之時，於茲所居多樹木，自青山坪（今雙乳山）一帶俯而眺之，只見一片樹林，森然若蓋，故時人都稱此村落之名曰「平林」。明朝中葉之後，金門科甲聯登，人文鼎盛，尤其以瓊林一里為最，天啟年間，瓊林進士蔡獻臣在朝為官，熹宗皇帝垂詢獻臣的本籍，獻臣告知為金門平林，帝以為不妥，因以其里人文蔚蔚，遂改為瓊林，故有「御賜里名瓊林」之匾，但幾百年來，金門民間依然口稱其名為平林而不改。 金門俗以「平林祖厝」來贊許瓊林的七座八祠，還有怡穀堂及兩尊風獅爺，現指定為國定古蹟，一門三節坊為縣定古蹟，另有兩幢歷史建築。聚落內的瓊林地下坑道是近代形成的戰地史蹟，都頗負盛名。聚落中的保護廟是村民信仰中心，奉祀保生大帝及厲府四王爺、張府三王爺、蘇王爺、廣澤尊王、恩主公、金府王爺等，於每年農曆三月十五保生大帝生日及八月十五日依神意輪流設醮謝神。 瓊林聚落建築群遵循宗族社會秩序排列，各甲頭以宗祠建築為核心，朝向相同，布局工整。傳統建築數量龐大、密集，形成聚落最具風貌之特色。聚落空間結構則由民宅、坑道、民宅前庭半公共空間、廟埕公共空間組成，民宅為居民私密日常生活養兒育女之處，屬於私人活動空間，坑道為軍事設備屬限制性空間，民宅前庭為近親家屬連絡交誼場所，聚落空間由小至大，由私密至開放，活動由弱漸強。聚落民眾的生活重心由內至外參與宗族公共事務，藉由宗祠公共空間進行整合、辦理祭儀及協調聚落內議題。這些宗祠群不僅為為祭祀空間，更是聚落配置、發展及無形文化代表的核心建築，對全聚落具代表性意義。
歷史沿革與現狀瓊林位在金門本島中央蜂腰部之北海岸附近，太武山西麓位置，舊稱「平林」，明熹宗時（1621-1627）稱譽的碩學鴻儒蔡獻臣的推崇，特欽賜里名「瓊林」，這塊由福建巡撫鄒維璉具名代立的「御賜里名瓊林」匾額，至今仍高懸在瓊林「樂圃六世宗祠」椽柱上，成為瓊林蔡氏家族傳世的瑰寶。 金門瓊林為蔡氏單姓聚居村落，開發甚早，其來源當於五代時自光州固始遷閩，不久遷同安西市，再遷入浯洲之許坑(今古崗)，南宋時期，蔡十七郎贅於平林之陳家，為瓊林蔡之始祖，後蔡氏子孫昌繁，陳氏遷陽翟(今陽宅)，蔡氏遂成瓊林之大族，計自五世起，析分九房，並分衍浯島之水頭、嚨口、小徑、下蘭，烈嶼之西吳、下田、埔頭、南塘，大嶝島之北門、東蔡、溪墘等地，還有澎湖、台灣各地。 瓊林聚落因位居金門島中心，戰略位置重要，因而軍事防禦工事眾多，民國45年（1956）金門戰地政務實施，民國65年（1976）完成「瓊林戰鬥坑道」之設立，坑道四通八達，連接村莊各要處，主要功能在於發揮火力於地上，保持戰力於地下之原則，俗有最堅強戰鬥村之稱。 民國74年（1985）瓊林蔡氏祠堂公告指定為二級古蹟，包含八座祠堂以及怡穀堂，民國77年（1988）指定瓊林一門三節坊為三級古蹟。並於民國99年（2000）依據《文化資產保存法》修正後，分別改為國定古蹟與縣定古蹟。 民國81年（1992）金門解除長達36年的戰地政務時期，民國84年（1995）金門設立國家公園管理處，瓊林聚落劃為國家公園範圍內，並於民國95年（2006）公告實施「金門國家公園第一類一般管制細部計畫」後，將瓊林聚落劃設其中，維持聚落內風貌與完整性。在政府積極保護下，傳統閩南式建築比例甚高，且大多保持原樣，並透過獎勵補助法規鼓勵居民修建重整具歷史性及傳統建築，使整體瓊林聚落保有歷史之傳統風貌。 瓊林聚落因保存完整，不論是有形或無形文化均為金門重要的指標聚落，而於民國93年（2004）依據《文化資產保存法》登錄為歷史建築(其他設施-傳統聚落類)，並於101年（2012）依據《文化資產保存法》登錄為聚落，再於108年（2019）依據新修之《文化資產保存法》變更名稱為聚落建築群。此外，2011年公告「瓊林蔡氏家廟祭祖儀典」登錄為民俗，2018年公告「蔡氏家廟門神」及「新倉上二房十一世宗祠門神」指定為金門縣古物。 民國105年（2016）文化部在全國推動「再造歷史現場計畫」，金門縣於民國106年（2017）委託中國科技大學進行「金門瓊林蔡氏千年聚落風貌再現－再造歷史現場整體規劃計畫」，包括各種基礎調查與古蹟、街屋修繕計畫，並擬定永久性的維運計畫，讓歷史現場回應當代生活，增加文化資產的創意產值。
歷史脈絡與保存價值歷史上的瓊林，人才輩出，功名顯赫，文風鼎盛。明清二代，有六進士、六武將、七舉人，出仕眾多，例如：官贈中憲大夫蔡宗德、任布政之蔡守愚、父子進士蔡貴易、蔡獻臣、繪像紫光閣的名將蔡攀龍，也有墨客騷人、孝友義行、耆壽和節婦，更有祖孫父子兄弟伯姪登科之光榮事蹟，因其宗族之顯耀歷史，因而代代相傳先賢所留傳下來之族訓、祖訓以為後代子孫遵循，雖有文字象徵性的行為約束，此一共同宗族信仰匯集成聚落中的普遍價值觀，直至現在仍深植瓊林人之生活信念中，形成一難得之無形傳統文化。其影響為現今瓊林里民共識及宗族凝聚力高，重視祭祀文化及傳統倫理並延續至今，為活的閩南文化，無論有形之建築聚落或無形之生活風貌皆具其完整性及多元內涵。
建築形式與景觀特色因應瓊林地勢，聚落各房份分成數個不同朝向的群組，每一群組建物走向相同，故住屋無南北朝向之明顯特徵，屋頂形式為圓脊及翹脊形式，聚落座向大致由北而南，並採同朝向之密集配置，鄰棟間距小，此布局方式與中國南方地區慣用布局法相同，可有效的減少輻射熱，夏季通風良好，冬季則可以遮擋寒冷的東北季風，而達到冬暖夏涼的功能，更重要的，此種布局可以設置隘門以封鎖巷道，有利於建立防衛系統，因自明初以來中國東南沿海及飽受威海盜的威脅。金門偏處海外小島，歷代海盜侵擾不斷，影響聚落民居安全很大，明嘉靖39年（1560）海盜從料羅登岸洗劫金門，史稱「庚申之變」受難島民達萬餘人，當時死傷慘重，故採用具防禦特色之配置可有效達到自我防禦的功能。 聚落內有八幢祠堂據於聚落中央分布，各房份建屋再依宗祠座落依序興築，祠堂前留設外埕為居民祭祀公共公空間，耕地則環繞聚落四周，宮廟則分屬村落外周東北、西南及東南外側。
土地使用管制狀況一、傳統閩南建築:建築形式為傳統閩南式之紅磚造建築，且建築體保存完整者，約有332棟。 二、現代建築:鋼筋混凝土造（少部分為加強磚造）之建築，且其建築外觀貼以面磚或其他現代面材者，約有219棟。 三、現代傳統建築:鋼筋混凝土造（少部分為加強磚造）之建築，且其建築外觀貼以面磚或其他現代面材者，但有傳統建築元素存在，如屋頂為馬背等建築樣式，約有39棟。 四、洋樓:具僑鄉文化之殖民樣式建築，且其建築體保存完整者，約有1棟。 五、街屋:通常又稱為店屋，即是店鋪住宅，具有店鋪及住家兩種功能，通常每戶都是狹長的格局，約有16棟。
應重點維護之事項聚落內有形、無形文化資產保存維護、 整體聚落傳統閩南建築景觀維護、 瓊林聚落祭祖儀式保存傳承、 聚落內軍事坑道與設施保存維護。

歷史沿革與現狀: 瓊林位在金門本島中央蜂腰部之北海岸附近，太武山西麓位置，舊稱「平林」，明熹宗時（1621-1627）稱譽的碩學鴻儒蔡獻臣的推崇，特欽賜里名「瓊林」，這塊由福建巡撫鄒維璉具名代立的「御賜里名瓊林」匾額，至今仍高懸在瓊林「樂圃六世宗祠」椽柱上，成為瓊林蔡氏家族傳世的瑰寶。 金門瓊林為蔡氏單姓聚居村落，開發甚早，其來源當於五代時自光州固始遷閩，不久遷同安西市，再遷入浯洲之許坑(今古崗)，南宋時期，蔡十七郎贅於平林之陳家，為瓊林蔡之始祖，後蔡氏子孫昌繁，陳氏遷陽翟(今陽宅)，蔡氏遂成瓊林之大族，計自五世起，析分九房，並分衍浯島之水頭、嚨口、小徑、下蘭，烈嶼之西吳、下田、埔頭、南塘，大嶝島之北門、東蔡、溪墘等地，還有澎湖、台灣各地。 瓊林聚落因位居金門島中心，戰略位置重要，因而軍事防禦工事眾多，民國45年（1956）金門戰地政務實施，民國65年（1976）完成「瓊林戰鬥坑道」之設立，坑道四通八達，連接村莊各要處，主要功能在於發揮火力於地上，保持戰力於地下之原則，俗有最堅強戰鬥村之稱。 民國74年（1985）瓊林蔡氏祠堂公告指定為二級古蹟，包含八座祠堂以及怡穀堂，民國77年（1988）指定瓊林一門三節坊為三級古蹟。並於民國99年（2000）依據《文化資產保存法》修正後，分別改為國定古蹟與縣定古蹟。 民國81年（1992）金門解除長達36年的戰地政務時期，民國84年（1995）金門設立國家公園管理處，瓊林聚落劃為國家公園範圍內，並於民國95年（2006）公告實施「金門國家公園第一類一般管制細部計畫」後，將瓊林聚落劃設其中，維持聚落內風貌與完整性。在政府積極保護下，傳統閩南式建築比例甚高，且大多保持原樣，並透過獎勵補助法規鼓勵居民修建重整具歷史性及傳統建築，使整體瓊林聚落保有歷史之傳統風貌。 瓊林聚落因保存完整，不論是有形或無形文化均為金門重要的指標聚落，而於民國93年（2004）依據《文化資產保存法》登錄為歷史建築(其他設施-傳統聚落類)，並於101年（2012）依據《文化資產保存法》登錄為聚落，再於108年（2019）依據新修之《文化資產保存法》變更名稱為聚落建築群。此外，2011年公告「瓊林蔡氏家廟祭祖儀典」登錄為民俗，2018年公告「蔡氏家廟門神」及「新倉上二房十一世宗祠門神」指定為金門縣古物。 民國105年（2016）文化部在全國推動「再造歷史現場計畫」，金門縣於民國106年（2017）委託中國科技大學進行「金門瓊林蔡氏千年聚落風貌再現－再造歷史現場整體規劃計畫」，包括各種基礎調查與古蹟、街屋修繕計畫，並擬定永久性的維運計畫，讓歷史現場回應當代生活，增加文化資產的創意產值。
歷史脈絡與保存價值: 歷史上的瓊林，人才輩出，功名顯赫，文風鼎盛。明清二代，有六進士、六武將、七舉人，出仕眾多，例如：官贈中憲大夫蔡宗德、任布政之蔡守愚、父子進士蔡貴易、蔡獻臣、繪像紫光閣的名將蔡攀龍，也有墨客騷人、孝友義行、耆壽和節婦，更有祖孫父子兄弟伯姪登科之光榮事蹟，因其宗族之顯耀歷史，因而代代相傳先賢所留傳下來之族訓、祖訓以為後代子孫遵循，雖有文字象徵性的行為約束，此一共同宗族信仰匯集成聚落中的普遍價值觀，直至現在仍深植瓊林人之生活信念中，形成一難得之無形傳統文化。其影響為現今瓊林里民共識及宗族凝聚力高，重視祭祀文化及傳統倫理並延續至今，為活的閩南文化，無論有形之建築聚落或無形之生活風貌皆具其完整性及多元內涵。
建築形式與景觀特色: 因應瓊林地勢，聚落各房份分成數個不同朝向的群組，每一群組建物走向相同，故住屋無南北朝向之明顯特徵，屋頂形式為圓脊及翹脊形式，聚落座向大致由北而南，並採同朝向之密集配置，鄰棟間距小，此布局方式與中國南方地區慣用布局法相同，可有效的減少輻射熱，夏季通風良好，冬季則可以遮擋寒冷的東北季風，而達到冬暖夏涼的功能，更重要的，此種布局可以設置隘門以封鎖巷道，有利於建立防衛系統，因自明初以來中國東南沿海及飽受威海盜的威脅。金門偏處海外小島，歷代海盜侵擾不斷，影響聚落民居安全很大，明嘉靖39年（1560）海盜從料羅登岸洗劫金門，史稱「庚申之變」受難島民達萬餘人，當時死傷慘重，故採用具防禦特色之配置可有效達到自我防禦的功能。 聚落內有八幢祠堂據於聚落中央分布，各房份建屋再依宗祠座落依序興築，祠堂前留設外埕為居民祭祀公共公空間，耕地則環繞聚落四周，宮廟則分屬村落外周東北、西南及東南外側。
土地使用管制狀況: 一、傳統閩南建築:建築形式為傳統閩南式之紅磚造建築，且建築體保存完整者，約有332棟。 二、現代建築:鋼筋混凝土造（少部分為加強磚造）之建築，且其建築外觀貼以面磚或其他現代面材者，約有219棟。 三、現代傳統建築:鋼筋混凝土造（少部分為加強磚造）之建築，且其建築外觀貼以面磚或其他現代面材者，但有傳統建築元素存在，如屋頂為馬背等建築樣式，約有39棟。 四、洋樓:具僑鄉文化之殖民樣式建築，且其建築體保存完整者，約有1棟。 五、街屋:通常又稱為店屋，即是店鋪住宅，具有店鋪及住家兩種功能，通常每戶都是狹長的格局，約有16棟。
應重點維護之事項: 聚落內有形、無形文化資產保存維護、 整體聚落傳統閩南建築景觀維護、 瓊林聚落祭祖儀式保存傳承、 聚落內軍事坑道與設施保存維護。

歷史沿革「筱雲山莊」呂家渡臺祖 12 世呂祥省於清乾隆 36 年（1771）自福建省漳州府詔安縣秀篆渡海來臺，為客籍人士，初居潭子瓦磘（今中市潭子區福仁里），後遷至朴仔籬庄（今中市豐原區朴子里）；約乾隆 55 年（1790）始入墾定居於三角仔（今中市神岡區三角里）。 道光年間，14 世的呂世芳因「善居積」，數年後即「家業大昌，而呂氏遂以富盛聞」，成為地方領導士紳，其新建宅第則為今臺中市直轄市定古蹟「神岡呂家頂瓦厝」。 同治 5 年（1866），世芳長子呂炳南（15世）為侍奉母親與因應日漸增多的眷口而斥資興建「篤慶堂」，規模被譽為「樓臺花木，壯麗甲於東海」，且藏書多達兩萬餘卷。清末文人吳子光曾受邀在此任教，16 世呂汝玉、汝修兩兄弟亦為此於光緒 4 年（1878）整修舊宅，由吳子光命名為「筱雲軒」，成為清末中部地區文人薈萃與孕育之地。光緒 14 年（1888）呂汝修中式舉人，為呂家留下一塊「文魁」匾。 乙未改隸（1896）後，呂家在日治時期經呂汝玉等人努力下，不僅保存家業，並擔任官派或地方民選領袖，兼具政經實力，仍維持其地方領袖之地位。 「筱雲山莊」之建造歷程據研究可分為四期，分別為創建期（1866-1877）、二期第二道護龍、筱雲軒、迎賓樓增建（1878-1895）、三期第三道護龍增建（1896-1926）與四期南北側洋式與和式建築（1927-1944）。

外觀特徵筱雲山莊主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院，第一進門廳門額題為「篤慶堂」，中門兩旁牆上安置豐富的交趾陶裝飾，過了門廳篤慶堂進入中庭，地上的紅磚呈現特殊排列，從中央核心向四角發散，形成四角形及八角形的圖案。在前面大院鑿有一座半月池，有防火及調節氣候之作用。 在篤慶堂東側的筱雲軒是一座兩開間的藏書室，上覆單簷歇山屋頂，三面設步口廊，外貌極為簡樸，在筱雲軒的東南邊建有園林，為當時文人飲酒詠詩之所。 另在水圳南岸的近代日治建築所附庭園，則另有一番意境，設計風格融合中國式與些許日本風，設置五級陶塔也是蘇州園林及日本庭園常見作法。筱雲山莊同時擁有兩座風格不同的園林，在臺灣建築史上誠為特例，彌足珍貴。
室內特徵筱雲山莊規模宏整，細部的雕飾與彩繪亦頗為可觀，尤其是交趾陶作品保存豐富，且有名匠藝師署名落款。木雕及磚雕也是筱雲山莊的特色，木雕集中在棟架上的東隨、員光以及樑下的托木。而磚雕除了技巧之外，也常以青磚與紅磚交相疊砌，形成凹凸線腳，頗具美觀。筱雲山莊的門樓、篤慶堂皆有磚雕作品，護室鳥踏也有磚雕葫蘆裝飾。
使用情形原用途使用，為呂家族人之居住與日常生活之場所。

description: : 臺中市市定古蹟「筱雲山莊」，為仕紳呂炳南於清同治 5 年（1866）創建。民國 88 年（1999）5 月 17 日，經臺中縣政府公告指定為縣定古蹟，今則為臺中市直轄市定古蹟。 本案位於臺中市神岡區三角里大豐路 104、106、108、110、112、114 及 116號，主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院。此前筱雲山莊已進行兩期之修復工程，本次則再針對迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉以及整體環境整理與改善等進行修復，以及景觀改善之整體規劃，以利未來開放參觀與使用。 本影片主要呈現施工內容以迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉進行壁體(土埆磚牆、編竹夾泥牆、灰泥牆、白灰壁粉刷、黑砂粉刷施作)、木作(木棟架整修、椽條鋪設)、屋面(養瓦、和瓦、仰合瓦、水泥瓦鋪設)之修復過程。

歷史沿革: 「筱雲山莊」呂家渡臺祖 12 世呂祥省於清乾隆 36 年（1771）自福建省漳州府詔安縣秀篆渡海來臺，為客籍人士，初居潭子瓦磘（今中市潭子區福仁里），後遷至朴仔籬庄（今中市豐原區朴子里）；約乾隆 55 年（1790）始入墾定居於三角仔（今中市神岡區三角里）。 道光年間，14 世的呂世芳因「善居積」，數年後即「家業大昌，而呂氏遂以富盛聞」，成為地方領導士紳，其新建宅第則為今臺中市直轄市定古蹟「神岡呂家頂瓦厝」。 同治 5 年（1866），世芳長子呂炳南（15世）為侍奉母親與因應日漸增多的眷口而斥資興建「篤慶堂」，規模被譽為「樓臺花木，壯麗甲於東海」，且藏書多達兩萬餘卷。清末文人吳子光曾受邀在此任教，16 世呂汝玉、汝修兩兄弟亦為此於光緒 4 年（1878）整修舊宅，由吳子光命名為「筱雲軒」，成為清末中部地區文人薈萃與孕育之地。光緒 14 年（1888）呂汝修中式舉人，為呂家留下一塊「文魁」匾。 乙未改隸（1896）後，呂家在日治時期經呂汝玉等人努力下，不僅保存家業，並擔任官派或地方民選領袖，兼具政經實力，仍維持其地方領袖之地位。 「筱雲山莊」之建造歷程據研究可分為四期，分別為創建期（1866-1877）、二期第二道護龍、筱雲軒、迎賓樓增建（1878-1895）、三期第三道護龍增建（1896-1926）與四期南北側洋式與和式建築（1927-1944）。

外觀特徵: 筱雲山莊主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院，第一進門廳門額題為「篤慶堂」，中門兩旁牆上安置豐富的交趾陶裝飾，過了門廳篤慶堂進入中庭，地上的紅磚呈現特殊排列，從中央核心向四角發散，形成四角形及八角形的圖案。在前面大院鑿有一座半月池，有防火及調節氣候之作用。 在篤慶堂東側的筱雲軒是一座兩開間的藏書室，上覆單簷歇山屋頂，三面設步口廊，外貌極為簡樸，在筱雲軒的東南邊建有園林，為當時文人飲酒詠詩之所。 另在水圳南岸的近代日治建築所附庭園，則另有一番意境，設計風格融合中國式與些許日本風，設置五級陶塔也是蘇州園林及日本庭園常見作法。筱雲山莊同時擁有兩座風格不同的園林，在臺灣建築史上誠為特例，彌足珍貴。
室內特徵: 筱雲山莊規模宏整，細部的雕飾與彩繪亦頗為可觀，尤其是交趾陶作品保存豐富，且有名匠藝師署名落款。木雕及磚雕也是筱雲山莊的特色，木雕集中在棟架上的東隨、員光以及樑下的托木。而磚雕除了技巧之外，也常以青磚與紅磚交相疊砌，形成凹凸線腳，頗具美觀。筱雲山莊的門樓、篤慶堂皆有磚雕作品，護室鳥踏也有磚雕葫蘆裝飾。
使用情形: 原用途使用，為呂家族人之居住與日常生活之場所。

description: : 臺中市市定古蹟「筱雲山莊」，為仕紳呂炳南於清同治 5 年（1866）創建。民國 88 年（1999）5 月 17 日，經臺中縣政府公告指定為縣定古蹟，今則為臺中市直轄市定古蹟。 本案位於臺中市神岡區三角里大豐路 104、106、108、110、112、114 及 116號，主體建築為一座「兩落多護龍」格局的四合院。此前筱雲山莊已進行兩期之修復工程，本次則再針對迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉以及整體環境整理與改善等進行修復，以及景觀改善之整體規劃，以利未來開放參觀與使用。 本影片主要呈現施工內容以迎賓樓、左三、右二、右三護龍、埕右倉進行壁體(土埆磚牆、編竹夾泥牆、灰泥牆、白灰壁粉刷、黑砂粉刷施作)、木作(木棟架整修、椽條鋪設)、屋面(養瓦、和瓦、仰合瓦、水泥瓦鋪設)之修復過程。
