The invention relates to a technique that proceeds synchronous data processing at both client end and server end. The method of the invention firstly creates Before Sync Set of Client end and Server end as well as After Sync Set of Client end and Server end to facilitate the acquisition of Deletion Set of Client end and Server end as well as the Requiring Set of Client end and Server end. Client end's data go through deleting the Deletion Set of Client and follow Requiring Set of Client end to add or update the data and client ID of current client in attempt to finish synchronous update of client end's data.

There are three heterogeneous sensing networks to be integrated and developed into a Multimodal Sensor Network which includes: monitoring network-audio and video event detection, including scream detection and dynamic image tracking; environmental sensing network: abnormal temperature, humidity, brightness, carbon dioxide concentration detection; person positioning network: person positioning information and valuables control.

The innovative smart building outer layer software system Integrating the above-mentioned built-in software system will adjust the required microclimate environment within the building based on the use characteristics and user’s habits in order to maintain indoor environmental quality and avoid unnecessary energy loss.
