技術摘要-中文 | 一種石材薄板複合強化的系統與其製作方式,藉由玻璃纖維網覆蓋石材薄板背面上,再將含有填料環氧樹脂或高分子樹脂塗布於石材薄板背面,使其玻璃纖維網含浸覆蓋,然後將表面已被材料加工機械或人工,壓出規則或不規則凹洞之背襯板,黏著於石材薄板上,最後再將此石材薄板定厚、研磨拋光。玻纖網能固定樹脂的厚度,提升黏著力,增加尺寸安定性。樹脂含有填料能使石板壓合時樹脂不易受壓溢出,硬化時不易收縮。經過壓洞處理的背襯板除能使石板定型外,板材中的凹洞更能增加樹脂的填入量及黏著面積,改進石板與背襯板易受外力分離的情形。亦使石板在後段的定厚、研磨加工時不易破裂,增加成材率。此複合石材製程十分簡便,成品之應用範圍相當廣泛,如家具、飾板、室內裝修(如天花板、地板、牆板、…等),是一種經濟效益高、操作簡便、實用性高的複合方法及系統。 |
技術摘要-英文 | A method for strengthening the thinner stone was that the plate with many regular / irregular concave holes was glued to a glass fiber net on the thinner stone with epoxy resins or others including filler. Then it was grinded and polished to gain finally the composite thin stone. In these intensified processes, the glass fiber net enhanced binding between plate and the thinner stone and increased dimensional stability of product by keeping the thick of resin. These resins adding some fillers can’t flow out when the plate glued to the thinner stone during pressing. In addition, they weren’t also easy to shrink during hardness. Some advantages of using the plate having many concave holes were to increase the area of binding and to enhance the shape of product. Finally it wasn’t break during grinding and polishing. It was easy to make the composite thin stone. It can be used widely as furniture, decorative plates and indoor decorative materials, etc. |
